Professional selling
Jeweller
A store account and standard listings are free. The selling fee follows the active rate or a recorded business agreement.

Verified sellers
A private seller can publish and sell before payout verification. After payment, identity and payout account checks must be approved within five business days and always before shipping. Otherwise the order is cancelled and the buyer refunded. Higher-value or higher-risk listings may require verification before publication.
Seller protection only with verified buyers
A private buyer can purchase only after confirming their contact details and completing profile and bank checks. Pay and complete the purchase through ONEJWL so the transaction and any claim can be reviewed. This is separate from buyer protection.
Buyer protection when you make a claim
Pay through ONEJWL and report an issue promptly from your order. While a claim is open, the seller payout remains blocked as ONEJWL reviews the evidence. A claim does not automatically result in a refund.

Current standard rates
The rules below come directly from ONEJWL’s active rate plan. With progressive tiers, each percentage applies only to the portion of the price in that tier. A fixed fee applies once per sold item based on the total sale price.

A jeweller may have a separately recorded rate. That rate takes precedence over the public standard rate and appears in the relevant sales records.
How the total is calculated
ONEJWL calculates all amounts on the server. Sellers cannot change these fees and shipping is shown separately.
Item price + buyer protection + any shipping = buyer total
Item price − selling fee including VAT = seller net proceeds
Shipping
The seller sets shipping for each item. Free shipping is paid by the seller; paid shipping is separate at checkout and is not ONEJWL revenue.
Buyer protection
The buyer fee supports secure payment, protection in transit and help with a valid claim. The exact fee is shown before payment.

Optional business services and seller fees are shown excluding VAT unless explicitly marked “incl. VAT”. Before confirmation, ONEJWL always shows the full amount payable or deductible.
Why can your amount differ?
Price, account type, sale type, number of items, chosen promotion and shipping can change the calculation. Checkout, publication or order therefore shows the exact amount.
Applied fees are saved with each order. A later rate change does not alter an existing order.
