Sell as a private seller

Give a special piece a new story

From a ring in your jewellery box to a vintage heirloom: ONEJWL supports review, sale, secure payment and insured shipping.

Verification is required for payout

You can publish and sell standard listings before payout verification. After payment, you have five business days to get your identity and payout account approved, and must not ship before approval. Without timely approval ONEJWL cancels the order and refunds the buyer. Your proceeds remain on hold until verification. Higher-value or higher-risk listings may require earlier verification. An open claim also blocks payout until review.

Start seller verification

Seller protection only with verified buyers

Private buyers must complete the required contact, profile and bank checks before purchasing. Seller protection applies only to purchases paid for and handled through ONEJWL. If a claim is opened, we review evidence from both sides before releasing payout.

How it works

From listing to payout, made simple

Start with your listing. ONEJWL asks for additional verification only when required for publication, risk, payment or payout.

  1. 1Create your ONEJWL account
  2. 2Add your jewellery
  3. 3Choose price, offer or auction
  4. 4Choose voluntary returns per listing
  5. 5Record item and shipping evidence
  6. 6Ship insured with tracking
  7. 7The buyer receives and inspects
  8. 8Your payout becomes available

Clear private offer

You decide per listing whether voluntary returns are available

A statutory 14-day right of withdrawal generally does not apply to private sales. You must therefore make one clear choice for each listing. The buyer sees it on the listing and before payment.

Yes, 14-day voluntary return

The buyer may return within 14 days of receipt even without a product defect. This voluntary promise forms part of the purchase agreement. A timely return request blocks your payout until the return is completed safely.

No, no return for change of mind

The buyer cannot return solely because of taste, size or regret. They can submit a claim if the item does not arrive, is damaged, may be inauthentic or materially differs from your listing.

Protect yourself with evidence

Clearly document which item you sent

Good evidence helps ONEJWL determine whether a claim concerns the correct item, its condition before shipping, the packaging or transport. Keep the item and parcel in view until the shipment is accepted.

The correct item

Photograph the item from every side, its condition, hallmarks, serial number, certificate and identifying details immediately before packing.

The packaging

Document the protective layers, closed box, any security seal and parcel weight. Ensure the item cannot move freely inside the package.

Shipping

Use the required insured shipping route and keep proof of handover, insurance reference, tracking and, where required, the signature.

A claim does not automatically establish fault. ONEJWL reviews every properly submitted claim, requests evidence from buyer and seller and postpones payout while the investigation continues. The short inspection period after delivery is currently 3 days; mandatory statutory rights are not shortened by this.

Only when successful
