Who is responsible?
ONEJWL is a trading name of LOV DIGITAL (Dutch Chamber of Commerce 61188328, VAT ID NL001971975B97). LOV DIGITAL operates this platform. For privacy questions and GDPR requests, email info@onejwl.com. Registered address: Gedempte Zalmhaven 322, 3016 DT, Rotterdam.
What data?
We process the data you provide for your account, profile, listings, messages and orders, including names, contact details, delivery addresses, listing text and photos. We also process verification, payment and transaction data, technical data and security logs needed to operate the service. Card details are entered with the payment provider; ONEJWL receives payment status and transaction data.
Why and on what basis?
Accounts, listings, purchases, payments, shipping, support and disputes are processed to perform our contract. Fraud prevention, security and service improvement rely on our legitimate interests, balanced against your rights. Financial records are kept to meet legal obligations. Newsletters require consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Automated checks
ONEJWL uses rules to flag unusual prices, missing documentation and unusual account activity. A listing may go live directly or be sent for human review. Ask for an explanation or review at info@onejwl.com. Messages to an optional AI assistant may be processed to answer your question; do not share full card details or identity documents there.
Who receives data?
We share only what is needed with the other transaction party and relevant payment, payout, shipping, hosting, email and SMS providers, or advisers where necessary. Buyers and sellers see only information needed for a transaction or public profile. Processors must protect data under our instructions.
Transfers outside the EEA
If a service processes data outside the European Economic Area, we assess the required safeguards, such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses. Ask info@onejwl.com which safeguards apply to your data.
Retention
Account and profile data are kept while the account exists and afterwards only as needed for open transactions, disputes or legal duties. Listings and messages may remain necessary for order records or evidence. Invoices and financial data are retained for applicable tax periods. Security logs are kept only as long as needed for investigation and protection.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction and portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You can withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. Email info@onejwl.com. We normally respond within one month; legal duties may prevent immediate erasure. You may also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
Delete account
You can start a deletion request in your account. For security, confirm with an SMS code sent to your verified number. Your account remains accessible until the request is processed. Open orders, payouts and legal retention duties are reviewed first.
