A private seller can publish and sell before payout verification. After payment, identity and payout account checks must be approved within five business days and always before shipping. Otherwise the order is cancelled and the buyer refunded. Higher-value or higher-risk listings may require verification before publication.
A private buyer can purchase only after confirming their contact details and completing profile and bank checks. Pay and complete the purchase through ONEJWL so the transaction and any claim can be reviewed. This is separate from buyer protection.

Know who you are buying from
ONEJWL shows the seller type and return terms on every listing. Statutory withdrawal rights differ by seller, while secure payment, tracked shipping and the claims route remain visible.
Professional seller
When a consumer buys online from a business, a 14-day cooling-off period generally applies from receipt, subject to legal exceptions. This is separate from your rights if the item is damaged, inauthentic or not as described.
Private seller
The statutory 14-day right of withdrawal generally does not apply when buying from a private seller. If the private seller voluntarily accepts returns, this must be clear on the listing before payment and the displayed agreement applies.
ONEJWL buyer protection
This short inspection period applies to the ONEJWL claims route for both private and professional listings. It is intended to document receipt, damage, incorrect delivery, material discrepancies and possible inauthenticity quickly. The period does not replace or shorten mandatory statutory rights.
Report it from the order. The payout is stopped while ONEJWL reviews tracking, packaging, insurance and evidence from both parties.
Keep the item and packaging and take clear photos. Additional documentation or expert review may be required if there is doubt.
Pay through ONEJWL and report an issue promptly from your order. While a claim is open, the seller payout remains blocked as ONEJWL reviews the evidence. A claim does not automatically result in a refund.
The seller must package the item carefully and follow the required shipping route. Liability is not assumed automatically after loss or transit damage: ONEJWL holds the payment and first investigates where the issue occurred.
