ONEJWL Estimate, Expert valuation and buyer review
See what each service examines, what it costs and what appears on the listing or in your personal report. A review provides additional information and points of attention, but is never an unlimited guarantee of authenticity, value or a risk-free purchase.

Differences and costs
Which review fits which moment?
Estimate and Expert valuation are added to a listing by the seller. An interested buyer requests the buyer review before purchase and receives a personal report.

Important: additional information, not a guarantee
A digital review is based on what the expert can examine through the listing, photos, questions and documents. It does not guarantee authenticity, a fixed sale value, a faultless seller or a risk-free purchase. If material, stone treatment or authenticity can only be established physically or in a laboratory, the report states this as a limitation or unknown.
Personal buyer report
What is included in the buyer review?
The expert records not only conclusions, but also the sources used, uncertainties and what cannot responsibly be established digitally.
Authenticity indicators and what cannot be established
Consistency between seller, listing, photos and evidence
Shipping, insurance and secure handover
Highlights, points of attention, risk level and Expert Opinion
Sources used and limitations of the review
How to request a review
From item to expert review
1. Choose the item
The review applies to one specific item. If you do not yet have a listing, create one first with clear product information.
2. Provide evidence
Upload sharp photos, hallmarks, dimensions, weight and any certificates. The expert may request additional information.
3. Confirm price and scope
You see the price and scope in advance. A buyer review starts after payment; a seller valuation is charged once when the item sells through ONEJWL.
4. Review by an expert
ONEJWL assigns the request to an expert in the appropriate field. Progress and any questions are tracked.
5. Receive the result
You receive a summary of findings and, for a valuation, a substantiated value estimate within the agreed scope.
What a review does and does not mean
The result describes the review performed and the information that was available. Without physical inspection or laboratory testing, it is not an unlimited guarantee of authenticity. ONEJWL therefore always shows which form of examination was used.
